I Fratelli translates as The Brothers in Italian.
The Brothers Fish Bar is a traditional Fish and Chip Shop incorporating Italian Pizza al Taglio.
History
The very first Brothers Fish Bar was opened on Water Lane, Stratford in 1966.
The family consisted of four Brothers and one brother in law. Each with their own branch in the East End, offering quality traditional fish and chips to the local community.

By the mid eighties to early nineties the second generation began opening branches in East Ham, Walthamstow, Lakeside, Enfield, Gidea Park, Seven Kings.
One original member of The Brothers has moved to Milton Keynes where he still runs the only remaining original Brothers Fish Bar.
All of the brothers have retired now, the next generation have ventured in to other areas of the industry , e.g. restaurants (Café Mondo) and gastro pubs (the Chequers, Matching Green, La Collina, Milton Keynes).
